Registration
Convention Registration is open to all ASA members and guests to promote the goals of the
Azalea Society of America. The Registration form is located in the Winter Issue of
The Azalean but there is also a link to a printable form in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format
below:

Registration Form: ASA 2004 Convention
The Registrar must receive the registration form no later than
April 15, 2004, to take advantage of the early registration fee of US $45. After April 15th,
the fee will be US $60.
Please make checks payable to ASA Ben Morrison Chapter and mail completed registration
form and check to:
